The latest and greatest FSU Admissions website was redesigned Summer 2015 using Bootstrap 3 and an override called “Strata”. This is the second time I have redesigned the FSU Admissions website in seven years. The last redesign occurred in 2010.
The new design features a fluid mobile first approach which really makes the website look great on any device from a smart phone to wide screen desktop. I learned a lot about Bootstrap during this project and I really like how easy it is to build responsive pages with Bootstrap 3. I also converted all of the web forms to use Bootstrap form elements which are so much easier to use on mobile devices.
